I qualified as a solicitor in 2004, having won a Law Society prize whilst completing my conversion course at the University of Westminster (my BA degree is in modern languages). I moved to Bristol to train and chose to qualify into the private client team as I loved the area of law and the high degree of client contact. I have a Society of Trust & Estate Practitioner award and was ranked in Chambers and Legal 500 directories.

After my daughter left for university in 2018, I decided to become self-employed, so I could spend winters in Dorset and enjoy walking on the beautiful hills and coastline of the county. I have been a locum solicitor for Sarah Grant Solicitors for 18 months and love working as part of a small team providing a very personal, bespoke service, on which the firm prides itself.
