My mother and I have used Sarah Grant Solicitors for several services including wills and conveyancing. They are without doubt the best legal firm I have used. They kept me informed of progress at all times of the sale and purchase of property, and Brenda’s knowledge and expertise for the conveyancing is in my opinion faultless. Sarah’s work on wills was equally superb. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

We used the Conveyancing service’s offered by Sarah Grant last year. The process went reasonably smoothly (as we all know selling and buying houses rarely goes smoothly). However the person working for us was very professional. Fully recommend using them.

I moved this year in 2023 from Weymouth to Dorchester with Sarah Grant Solicitors, South Street. I had a complicated conveyancing request as I had to transfer equity and move from a jointly owned property. Brenda was very efficient and understanding of my situation. Brenda also advised me about the searches and always kept in touch. We are very happy in our new home.

Brenda has successfully completed conveyancing for us selling via auction and using power of attorney. I found her very efficient and great to work with someone who reads and replies to emails in a timely fashion. I will definitely use the firm again.
